1、The shell of the protection test chamber is made of cold-rolled steel plate, with double-sided electrostatic epoxy ester powder coating at 180℃ curing, providing maximum protection for the test chamber installed in factory and laboratory environments. The temperature waterway and electrical control system are designed in isolation to ensure safe operation.
2、The test chamber of the airtightness test box is made of SUS#304 brushed stainless steel plates, fabricated by argon shielded welding process. Silicone rubber sealing strips and eccentric locking devices effectively seal the main door and the test chamber.
3、Flexible: Customers can adjust the height of the sample rack as needed, thus making more efficient use of space. The air treatment room is located at the rear of the box, and the control cabinet is located at the rear of the box position. The test chamber is equipped with lifting casters at the bottom, facilitating the movement of the box.

The test sample entry and exit is a single door. After opening the door, the test chamber can be fully accessed. The status of the test sample can be observed at any time through the multi-layer electric heating glass observation window and lighting on the door. The lead wire entry and exit lead wire holes are on the left side of the test chamber (50MM, 100MM) and can be selected. Metal and silicone rubber plugs are provided.
Air circulation system
1、The multi-wing centrifugal blower is adopted for powerful air circulation to avoid any dead corners, ensuring uniform temperature and humidity distribution within the test area.
2、Adopt adjustable air deflector that can be moved up, down, left and right to ensure uniform distribution of temperature and humidity.
3、The air duct circulation design for supply and return air ensures that both air pressure and air velocity meet the testing standards, and it can also make the temperature and humidity stabilize quickly after the door is opened.
Humidification and Dehumidification System
1、Humidification: Fully independent system, external isolated all-stainless steel shallow surface evaporation humidifier, humidification is achieved by heating to form wet steam, and humidity is detected by a probe.
2、Dehumidification: It adopts the dehumidification method of laminar flow contact at the dew point temperature of the evaporator coil.
3、Water Supply: Hidden water tank for water supply. A small water pump automatically pumps water to the humidification bucket. The remaining water can be recycled. This saves water and reduces consumption.
4、Independent heating, cooling, humidifying and dehumidifying systems can enhance efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend lifespan and lower failure rates.
