Structural Material

1. Inner box material: SUS304# (1.0mm thick) stainless steel plate, with acid resistance, corrosion resistance, easy to clean and other advantages.

2. Outer box material: cold-rolled steel plate paint treatment, 1.0mm thick (box dark gray, box door sky blue).
3. Door handle: no reaction, explosion-proof door handle, easy to operate, safe and reliable.

4. Insulation system: the use of ultra-fine glass fiber to fill the insulation area, the connection parts of the inner and outer boxes using non-metal high and low temperature resistant materials, effectively reduce temperature conduction; The door seal is made of refined silicone rubber, so that there is no aging and hardening phenomenon at high and low temperatures, and the sealing is more reliable; The humidification method is isolated humidification.

5. Moving and positioning device: the bottom of the machine is installed with high-quality fixed PU movable wheel, which can easily move the machine to the specified position, and then fix the caster.

6. Sample rack: SUS304# stainless steel punching and bending into a network, easy to use, the spacing between the material racks can be adjusted, the standard configuration of two pieces, the sample according to the load ≧20kg evenly distributed.

7. Test hole: open Φ50mm test hole, and attach the corresponding thermal insulation accessories and special sealing soft plug

8. Observation window: double-layer vacuum reinforced glass is used, and the inner glued conductive film is heated and defrosted to clearly observe the test process.
