Salt spray corrosion chamber Spray method:
1、The Bernoulli principle is used to draw salt water and then atomize it. The atomization is uniform and there is no clogging or crystallization phenomenon, ensuring continuous operation of the test.
2、The nozzle is made of tempered glass and can adjust the spray volume and spray angle.
3、The spray volume is adjustable from 1 to 2 ml/h (the standard requirement is to test for 16 hours and calculate the average value at a rate of ml/80cm2/h). The metering cylinder is installed in an embedded manner, with a neat and beautiful appearance, convenient for observation, and reducing the installation space of the instrument.
Salt spray test chamber body structure:
1、The box body is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) through one-time molding, featuring resistance to acid and alkali, corrosion, high temperature, and impact, as well as being easy to clean.
2、The salt spray machine box cover is designed in a conical shape with a 120° apex angle, which helps prevent the liquid droplets generated by the salt spray from directly dripping onto the test samples, ensuring the accuracy of the test samples.
3、The cover of the equipment box and the box body are provided with a water-sealing groove, which has good air tightness and is equipped with a water drainage device.
4、The bottom of the Φ studio is equipped with a water barrier ring, and there is an overflow outlet in the middle. This design not only maintains a certain water level to prevent the box from aging but also discharges the excess water outside the box.
5、The material of the box cover is made of transparent acrylic board with a thickness of 5mm. It is also corrosion-resistant, anti-aging and easy to clean.
