Operation Guide:
1、Program Setting:
Set the program through the program controller. According to the test requirements, set parameters such as temperature, humidity, lifting and lowering speed, and the number of cold and hot shock cycles. Some can also set different temperature curves or programs to meet different test needs.
2、Sample Loading:
Place the samples to be tested in the test chamber and ensure smooth air flow between the samples and the interior of the test chamber. Different sample fixation methods can be adopted according to the test requirements to ensure the safety of the samples during the cold and hot shock process.
3、Start the Equipment:
After setting the program, start the test chamber. Press the start button according to the operation instructions to begin the test. The program controller will automatically control the heating, cooling, and cold and hot shock conversion operations of the test chamber according to the set temperature curve or program.
4、Real-time Monitoring:
During the test, the temperature, humidity, and cold and hot shock status inside the test chamber can be monitored in real time. Some are equipped with touch screen displays or external computer interfaces, making it convenient to view and record test data.
5、Result Analysis:
After the test, analyze the results based on the recorded test data. Temperature change curves, humidity change curves, and the number of cold and hot shock cycles can be plotted to further evaluate the performance and reliability of the samples.
6、Cleaning and Maintenance:
Regularly clean the impurities and dirt inside and outside the test chamber, including heating elements, cooling elements, sensors, etc. Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to avoid damaging the equipment.
