Product Application
The thermal shock test chamber is suitable for safety performance testing of electronic components, providing reliability tests, product screening tests, etc. At the same time, through this equipment test, the reliability and quality control of products can be improved. The thermal shock test chamber is an essential testing device in the fields of aviation, automobiles, home appliances, scientific research, etc. It is used to assess and determine the parameters and performance of electrical, electronic, automotive electrical, and material products after temperature changes in high and low-temperature tests. Box structure:
1. Inner box material: Made of 1.2mm thick SUS304# stainless steel, cut and processed by high-precision CNC equipment, then bent into shape. The seams are welded with argon arc welding, ground and polished for a neat and elegant appearance.
2. Outer box material: Made of 1.2mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, cut and processed by high-precision CNC equipment, then bent into shape. The seams are welded with argon arc welding, ground and polished, and then treated with high-temperature powder coating for rust prevention and a beautiful appearance.
3. Insulation material: A mixed insulation layer made of high-temperature resistant glass fiber cotton and polyurethane rigid foam, providing excellent insulation performance.
4. Sample rack: Two stainless steel SUS304# grid-type shelves (each with a load capacity of ≤ 25kg), adjustable spacing of 40mm.
5. Wire test hole: A Φ50mm test hole is opened on the left side of the test chamber, along with corresponding insulation accessories and a dedicated soft sealing plug.
6. Control panel: A liquid crystal touch screen programmable controller, with a main power switch, operation indicator light, abnormal indicator light, end indicator light, defrosting indicator light, power indicator light, and RS-232 communication interface.
7. Box door: Separate doors for the preheating chamber, precooling chamber, and test chamber, all single doors; explosion-proof handles; silicone rubber sealing strips to ensure a tight seal without leakage.
8. Air door: The air door is made of SUS304# stainless steel and processed into a movable small door. The small door is equipped with a silicone rubber sealing strip and an insulating layer. The inner side of the small door is insulated with epoxy resin board to effectively prevent heat exchange. The small door is actuated by a cylinder for switching and automatic cycle control, making operation simple.


The design features of the box:

The equipment is designed as an integrated structure. The upper part of the front is the test chamber, the lower part of the front is the preheating chamber, the upper part of the back is the precooling chamber, and the lower part of the back is the mechanical room of the refrigeration unit. The constant temperature impact circulation air duct and the blower are installed on the top of the equipment. The electrical control box is on the right side of the equipment. The mobile casters and positioning feet are installed at the bottom of the equipment for easy movement and positioning. The preheating chamber, precooling chamber, constant temperature impact chamber and test chamber are interconnected through the air door switch, thus achieving the purpose of rapid temperature change. At the same time, it occupies a small area and saves the usage space.


Control System:
1. Imported LCD programmable temperature controller or imported temperature and humidity control instrument and temperature and humidity reference table are adopted.
2. Intelligent digital PID microcomputer temperature control instrument.
3. Membrane keys, touch setting, digital and direct display, humidity directly displayed in percentage, temperature sensor adopts PT100/platinum resistance tester.
4. Temperature control adopts thermal balance temperature regulation method.
5. Imported LCD programmable temperature controller is used, which can perform program tests, with multi-group and multi-segment programming operation, and the option of constant value and program, as well as the function of arbitrary time setting.
6. Temperature and humidity reference table, temperature directly displayed, humidity set according to the parameters in the temperature and humidity reference table, temperature corresponding to humidity.
7. Main electrical components of the equipment such as circuit breakers, AC contactors, and small relays are all "Schneider" brand, and other electrical accessories are domestic well-known brands.
8. Convenient data processing: can be connected to a printer or 232 communication interface, with a USB data transfer interface (U disk), displayed on a computer, and print temperature, humidity and time curves, providing a strong guarantee for the storage and playback of test process data.


Refrigeration System:
1. The refrigeration unit adopts French Tecumseh compressors and uses American DuPont environmentally friendly refrigerant (R404a). It is designed with a dual-loop low-temperature system, which allows different compressors to work in different temperature ranges.
2. Temperature and humidity control is achieved through a P.I.D + S.S.R system in a coordinated manner on the same channel. It has an automatic calculation function that can immediately correct temperature and humidity changes, making the temperature and humidity control more precise and stable.
3. Both temperature and humidity are controlled by imported controllers, which can precisely set and display relative temperature and humidity performance, with a resolution of 0.1℃.
4. Fully enclosed imported compressors + environmentally friendly refrigerants, plate heat exchangers, and a dual-loop ultra-low temperature refrigeration system.
