- Swinging of the spray pipe: Realized through mechanical transmission of the motor/frequency converter driving the reducer/eccentric wheel mechanism/rack and pinion, etc. The frequency converter is used to adjust the frequency (times per unit time), and the eccentric mechanism is used to adjust the required angle.
- Nozzles: The bending radius of the spray pipe is determined by the size of the test piece and the internal volume of the box. The nozzles are foldable, and the spray holes can be replaced at any time according to the required hole diameter in the standard. The spray direction can be adjusted to ensure uniform water droplets and sufficient flow.

IPX1 - IPX4 testing equipment
Water spray test device: It is used to simulate the protective capability of mobile phones under different degrees of water spray conditions. For example, for IPX1 (vertical dripping) test, the device can precisely control parameters such as the dripping rate and angle, and the dripping volume is usually 1 - 2.5mm/min.
