Lamp: Imported long-arc lamp simulates the most realistic spectral energy, replicating over 98% of sunlight spectral values.
Filter: Imported specialized filters. Different combinations of Type A and Type B filters can simulate various testing environments.
Ignition Power Supply: An advanced and reliable intelligent electronic power converter ensures stable xenon lamp illumination.
Irradiance Control: A wireless fiber-optic solar eye automatically receives light simulation via a closed-loop central processing control system and adjusts the lamp’s output accordingly, delivering the most stable and energy-efficient irradiance output.
Irradiance Sensing System
A highly integrated irradiance meter collects all energy points and integrates them into the central processor.

Blackbody Thermometer
1.Sensor Function: Blackbody standard sensor used to measure black globe temperature/sample surface temperature.
2.Control Mode: Controls the blackbody standard temperature via PID regulation within the intelligent system.
3.Switchable between black panel thermometer and black standard thermometer.
4. Sensor Type: PT100 platinum temperature sensor.
Spray System
- Spray Mode: Independent control of front and rear spray for specimens.
- Nozzle: Self-calibrating precision high-pressure nozzles ensure consistent deionized water spray.
- Sample Spray (Front Spray): Sprays water onto the exposed surface of specimens to simulate rainfall, inducing thermal shock and corrosion.
- Dark Cycle Spray (Rear Spray): During the dark cycle phase, sprays water onto the back of specimens to lower the temperature below the dew point, forming condensation on the exposed surface.
- Spray Water Consumption: Front spray 0.2 L/min, rear spray 0.2 L/min.
Cooling Unit
- Industrial-grade chiller specifically designed for xenon lamps.
- Imported scroll compressor ensures stable and reliable cooling efficiency.
- CS over-temperature protection device automatically shuts down and alarms when water temperature exceeds the set value.
- Advanced SUS304# stainless steel pump circulation system.
- Self-developed heat exchanger with high thermal efficiency ensures long-term lamp operation.
