The working principle of the altitude temperature test chamber

1、Multiple sets of centrifugal fans are installed at the top inside the chamber. Through the air outlets, the fans evenly discharge air into the interior of the chamber to achieve gas circulation and balance the temperature inside the chamber. The data collected by the built-in temperature sensor in the chamber is transmitted to the temperature and humidity integrated controller (PLC). After editing and processing, the controller issues temperature adjustment instructions. It realizes temperature increase through the refrigeration system or heating system, condenser and evaporator, or adjusts the refrigeration solenoid valve to lower the temperature inside the chamber, so as to reach the required temperature.

2、The data collected by the built-in humidity sensor in the chamber is transmitted to the temperature and humidity integrated controller (PLC). After editing and processing, the controller issues humidity adjustment instructions. It increases the humidity inside the chamber by evaporating the water in the water tank through the heating tube in the humidification trough, or realizes dehumidification by adjusting the refrigeration solenoid valve, so as to reach the required humidity.

3) The temperature around the equipment should be between 5℃ and 35℃ (±2℃), and the relative humidity should be no more than 85%.
