Large-Capacity Corrosion Testing

DR-H304-200 1200 L Programmable Salt Spray Chamber

A wide 2000 mm test workspace for continuous or periodic salt-fog exposure of large panels, coated assemblies, fasteners and production batches. The DR-H304-200 supports NSS/AASS and CASS operating conditions when configured and operated according to the applicable test method.

The “200-Type” identifies the 2000 mm internal width—not a 200 L benchtop unit. Its broad test space accommodates long coating panels, multiple racks of components and larger fabricated parts while preserving clearance for fog circulation and collection.

A 2000 × 1000 × 600 mm chamber provides room for production batches and long specimens that do not fit conventional 90- or 160-type cabinets.

NSS, AASS and CASS Conditions

Published temperature and pH settings support neutral, acetic-acid and copper-accelerated acetic-acid salt-spray methods when the required solution and configuration are used.

Cyclic terminology: periodic spray/stop control is not automatically the same as a full cyclic corrosion test (CCT). A sequence such as salt fog, controlled humidity, dry-off and ambient dwell requires dedicated humidity, air-drying and transition hardware. Confirm those modules before claiming compliance with an automotive CCT specification.

Il est principalement utilisé pour tester la résistance à la corrosion des matériaux (métaux, revêtements, composants électroniques, etc.) dans des environnements difficiles, et est conforme aux normes telles que ASTM B117 et GB/T 2423.17.

2、Comparé aux chambres de brouillard salin traditionnelles, quels sont les avantages du modèle "Alternant" de type 200 ?
Les équipements traditionnels ne supportent que les tests de brouillard salin continus, tandis que le modèle de type 200 supporte des tests cycliques programmés (comme : brouillard salin → chaleur humide → sec → repos), ce qui est plus proche des changements environnementaux réels, accélère le processus de corrosion et améliore la précision du test.

3、Comment l'équipement contrôle-t-il le taux de dépôt de brouillard salin ?
Au moyen d'un système d'air comprimé précis et de la technologie d'atomisation par buse, combinés à une surveillance en temps réel par des capteurs, le taux de dépôt est assuré d'être stable dans une plage de 1 à 2 ml/80 cm²·h (dans la plage de conformité aux normes), avec une erreur ≤ ±0,1 ml.

4、Combien d'étapes peut être configuré au maximum dans le cycle alternant ?
Le modèle 200 supporte une programmation multi-étapes, avec un maximum de 99 étapes de cycle pouvant être configurées. Chaque étape peut indépendamment régler la température, l'humidité et le temps de pulvérisation/arrêt de pulvérisation, répondant à des exigences de test complexes.

5、Des échantillons peuvent-ils être ajoutés pendant le test ?
Absolument pas ! Ouvrir la porte provoquera des changements soudains de température et d'humidité, ainsi que le débordement de brouillard salin, ce qui affectera les résultats du test et la durée de vie de l'équipement. Les opérations ne doivent être effectuées qu'après l'arrêt complet du test et la libération de la pression à l'intérieur de la chambre.

7、Comment nettoyer les résidus de sel dans la boîte ?
Entretien quotidien : Après chaque test, essuyer les parois intérieures et le support d'échantillons avec de l'eau propre.
Nettoyage en profondeur : Faites tremper la buse et le pipeline dans une solution d'acide acétique 5% pendant une heure chaque mois, puis rincez à l'eau pure.

8、Quels problèmes peuvent être causés par une mauvaise mise à la terre de l'équipement ?
Cela peut entraîner des interférences statiques avec les signaux des capteurs, des alarmes fausses, et même des dommages aux cartes de circuits. Un fil de mise à la terre indépendant avec une résistance ≤ 4Ω doit être utilisé, et la résistance de mise à la terre doit être vérifiée régulièrement.

9、Comment vérifier si l'équipement est conforme à la norme nationale ?
Il est nécessaire de réaliser une calibration à vide.
Dépôt de brouillard salin : Collecter pendant 16 heures à l'aide d'un entonnoir d'une surface de 80 cm² et calculer la valeur moyenne.
Uniformité de la température : méthode de mesure de la température en 9 points, fluctuation ≤ ±1,5℃.
