Large-Capacity Corrosion Testing

DR-H304-200 1200 L Programmable Salt Spray Chamber

A wide 2000 mm test workspace for continuous or periodic salt-fog exposure of large panels, coated assemblies, fasteners and production batches. The DR-H304-200 supports NSS/AASS and CASS operating conditions when configured and operated according to the applicable test method.

The “200-Type” identifies the 2000 mm internal width—not a 200 L benchtop unit. Its broad test space accommodates long coating panels, multiple racks of components and larger fabricated parts while preserving clearance for fog circulation and collection.

A 2000 × 1000 × 600 mm chamber provides room for production batches and long specimens that do not fit conventional 90- or 160-type cabinets.

NSS, AASS and CASS Conditions

Published temperature and pH settings support neutral, acetic-acid and copper-accelerated acetic-acid salt-spray methods when the required solution and configuration are used.

Cyclic terminology: periodic spray/stop control is not automatically the same as a full cyclic corrosion test (CCT). A sequence such as salt fog, controlled humidity, dry-off and ambient dwell requires dedicated humidity, air-drying and transition hardware. Confirm those modules before claiming compliance with an automotive CCT specification.

1. Was sind die Kernfunktionen des 200-Typen-Wechsel-Salznebeltestkammer?
Diese Ausrüstung kann komplexe zyklische Umgebungen wie Salznebelkorrosion, Hochtemperatur- und Hochfeuchtigkeitsbedingungen sowie Trocknung simulieren. Sie wird hauptsächlich verwendet, um die Korrosionsbeständigkeit von Materialien (Metalle, Beschichtungen, elektronische Komponenten usw.) in rauen Umgebungen zu testen und entspricht Standards wie ASTM B117 und GB/T 2423.17.

2. Welche Vorteile bietet das 200-Typ "Wechsel"-Modell im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Salznebelkammern?
Herkömmliche Geräte unterstützen nur kontinuierliche Salznebeltests, während der 200-Typ programmierte zyklische Tests unterstützt (z.B.: Salznebel → Nasshitze → Trocknen → Ruhephase), was näher an reale Umweltveränderungen herankommt, den Korrosionsprozess beschleunigt und die Genauigkeit des Tests verbessert.

3. Wie steuert die Ausrüstung die Ablagerungsrate des Salznebels?
Mittels eines präzisen Druckluftsystems und Zerstäubungstechnologie mit Düsen, kombiniert mit Echtzeitüberwachung durch Sensoren, wird die Ablagerungsrate innerhalb von 1 bis 2 ml/80 cm²·h (im Rahmen der Standardanforderungen) stabil gehalten, mit einem Fehler von ≤ ±0,1 ml.

4. Wie viele Schritte kann der Wechselzyklus höchstens eingestellt werden?
Das Modell 200 unterstützt Mehrstufenprogrammierung, mit maximal 99 Zyklus-Schritten, die eingestellt werden können. Jeder Schritt kann unabhängig Temperatur, Luftfeuchtigkeit und Sprüh-/Stoppsprüzeit festlegen, um komplexe Testanforderungen zu erfüllen.

5. Können Proben während des Tests hinzugefügt werden?
Auf keinen Fall! Das Öffnen der Tür verursacht plötzliche Änderungen bei Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit sowie das Überlaufen des Salznebels, was die Testergebnisse und die Lebensdauer der Ausrüstung beeinträchtigt. Operationen dürfen nur durchgeführt werden, nachdem der Test vollständig gestoppt wurde und der Druck im Inneren der Kammer abgelassen wurde.

6. Gibt es spezielle Anforderungen an das Verhältnis der Salzlösung?
Es muss eine 5±1% NaCl-Lösung verwendet werden (entsprechend ASTM D1193 Reinwasser-Standard), mit einem pH-Wert von 6,5 bis 7,2. Es wird empfohlen, Natriumchlorid in analytischer Qualität zu verwenden, um Verunreinigungen zu vermeiden, die die Ergebnisse beeinträchtigen könnten.

7. Wie reinigt man die Salzreste im Behälter?
Tägliche Wartung: Nach jedem Test die Innenseite und den Probenteller mit sauberem Wasser abwischen.
Gründliche Reinigung: Die Düse und die Rohrleitung einmal im Monat für eine Stunde in eine 5%-Acetsäurelösung einweichen und anschließend mit reinem Wasser spülen.

8. Welche Probleme können durch schlechte Erdung der Geräte verursacht werden?
Dies kann zu statischer Störung der Sensorsignale, Fehlalarmen und sogar zu Schäden an Leiterplatten führen. Es muss ein unabhängiger Erdungsleiter mit einem Widerstand von ≤ 4Ω verwendet werden, und der Erdungswiderstand sollte regelmäßig überprüft werden.

9. Wie kann überprüft werden, ob die Geräte den nationalen Standards entsprechen?
Es ist eine Kalibrierung ohne Last durchzuführen.
Salzsprühablagerung: Für 16 Stunden mit einem Trichter mit einer Fläche von 80 cm² sammeln und den Durchschnittswert berechnen.
Temperaturgleichmäßigkeit: 9-Punkte-Temperaturmessmethode, Schwankung ≤ ±1,5℃.
