Large-Capacity Corrosion Testing

DR-H304-200 1200 L Programmable Salt Spray Chamber

A wide 2000 mm test workspace for continuous or periodic salt-fog exposure of large panels, coated assemblies, fasteners and production batches. The DR-H304-200 supports NSS/AASS and CASS operating conditions when configured and operated according to the applicable test method.

The “200-Type” identifies the 2000 mm internal width—not a 200 L benchtop unit. Its broad test space accommodates long coating panels, multiple racks of components and larger fabricated parts while preserving clearance for fog circulation and collection.

A 2000 × 1000 × 600 mm chamber provides room for production batches and long specimens that do not fit conventional 90- or 160-type cabinets.

NSS, AASS and CASS Conditions

Published temperature and pH settings support neutral, acetic-acid and copper-accelerated acetic-acid salt-spray methods when the required solution and configuration are used.

Cyclic terminology: periodic spray/stop control is not automatically the same as a full cyclic corrosion test (CCT). A sequence such as salt fog, controlled humidity, dry-off and ambient dwell requires dedicated humidity, air-drying and transition hardware. Confirm those modules before claiming compliance with an automotive CCT specification.

Is the DR-H304-200 a true cyclic corrosion test chamber?

The published specification confirms continuous and periodic spraying. A true CCT sequence with controlled humidity and drying requires additional systems. Provide the exact cycle so DERUI can confirm the configuration.

Can the same chamber run NSS and CASS?

Can salt spray hours predict outdoor service life?

8. Какие проблемы могут возникнуть из-за плохого заземления оборудования?
Это может привести к статическим помехам сигналам датчиков, ложным срабатываниям и даже повреждению плат. Необходимо использовать отдельный заземляющий провод с сопротивлением ≤ 4Ω, а сопротивление заземления регулярно проверять.
