A reinforced 216 L chamber for controlled high-temperature exposure of battery cells and samples. Program temperature up to 200°C while monitoring the specimen inside a SUS304 workspace with pressure relief, mechanical door retention and application-specific safety interfaces.
Equipment boundary: Crush, nail penetration, forced internal short circuit and fire testing require dedicated fixtures or separate equipment.

Start With the Test Method—not the Chamber Name

Battery “abuse testing” covers different hazards and fixtures. Before configuration, identify the cell, module or pack; chemistry; state of charge; stored energy; required standard and clause; expected failure mode; instrumentation; and facility exhaust strategy.

Thermal exposure

Uses programmed heating to assess response at the temperature and duration defined by the applicable method.

Electrical abuse

Overcharge and external short-circuit testing require suitable power, switching, cabling and measurement—not only a heated enclosure.

Mechanical abuse

Crush, impact and penetration require purpose-designed actuators and fixtures. Select a dedicated system for controlled force, speed and position.
