Chambre d'essai de batteries lithium multicouches de Derui
Use vertically arranged workspaces to condition several battery samples or batches within one equipment footprint. Configure the number of layers, control arrangement, electrical interfaces and safety package around your test plan.
It is a climate-testing platform—not a substitute for a battery cycler, vibration table, altitude chamber or dedicated abuse tester.
Why Choose a Multilayer Layout?
Parallel batches
Separate samples or schedules across vertically arranged stations without assuming they share the same required setpoints.
Floor-space planning
Evaluate the number of usable workspaces per installed footprint against multiple single-chamber units.
Clearer test organization
Assign each layer a specimen ID, fixture, profile and record—provided the ordered controller supports the intended independence.

Configure Battery Safety Around the Test Risk
Battery chemistry, state of charge, stored energy and credible failure modes determine which protections belong in the ordered system. Options can include relief, gas or smoke detection, exhaust, suppression interfaces, inerting and interlocks; the approved configuration should identify each selected function and its response sequence.
Detect
Define temperature, gas or smoke sensors, thresholds and calibration.
Isolate
Define specimen-power cut-off, door status, alarms and fail-safe state.
Respond
Define relief, exhaust, suppression interfaces and site emergency procedure.
Map the Method to the Equipment
This system can provide programmed environmental exposure where the adopted procedure calls for it. A standard name alone does not certify the equipment or the test result.
| Reference | Possible role of DR-D318 | Separate requirement |
|---|---|---|
| UN 38.3 | Temperature conditioning only where the exact test plan requires it | T.1 altitude, T.3 vibration and other methods need method-specific equipment. |
| IEC 62133-2 | Environmental conditioning where a relevant clause requires it | Confirm edition, specimen and complete procedure. |
| UL 1642 | Method-specific temperature exposure only if the configuration qualifies | Electrical/mechanical abuse fixtures and a qualified lab remain separate. |
| Customer/OEM plan | Parallel cell or module climate profiles | Specify controls, load, monitoring and acceptance limits. |
For a three-compartment chamber with a separately scoped safety package, see the DR-H201-3 three-layer battery chamber. For a single larger battery climate workspace, see the battery temperature test chamber.

Questions Buyers Ask
Does every layer run a different temperature profile?
Different concurrent profiles require independent controls and sufficient heating and cooling capacity. Include the profiles in your RFQ so the proposed configuration can be checked.
Can batteries be charged and discharged inside?
Only when the ordered build includes suitable feedthroughs and is engineered for the external cycler, current, heat output and failure scenario. The chamber itself is not a cycler.
Is the humidity range standard?
No. Humidity is an option; request an operating chart for the required temperature range.
Does it perform all UN 38.3 or UL 1642 tests?
No. Those programs contain different procedures requiring different equipment and controls. Match the exact clause to the ordered system.
Review Your Layer Plan Before Quotation
Send the battery format, quantity per layer, separate or shared climate profiles, powered heat, interfaces and hazard assessment. DERUI can return an approved configuration and measurable FAT scope.
