A calibration certificate, factory inspection record and factory acceptance test answer different questions. Define the evidence required by the laboratory, purchasing specification or customer audit before the chamber is built.

Does ISO 9001 certify every DERUI test chamber?

No. ISO 9001 identifies the certified organization and quality-management scope. It is not model-specific product approval. Review conformity, calibration and inspection documents separately for the ordered chamber.

How do I confirm whether an EMC or LVD document covers my model?

Check the product name, exact model list, directive, referenced standards, certificate number and issuing details shown on the document. Then confirm the controller, voltage and ordered configuration with DERUI.

Can a calibration certificate be supplied with the chamber?

Availability must be confirmed for the project. State the required parameters, ranges, setpoints, sensor positions, accredited laboratory or issuing body, certificate language and delivery stage before quotation.

What is the difference between calibration and FAT?

Calibration records measured results for identified functions and conditions. FAT compares the completed chamber with an agreed technical and acceptance protocol. One document does not automatically replace the other.

Can the chamber be tested with a representative specimen load?

It can be requested when practical, but the specimen dimensions, mass, heat output, fixture, operating state, sensors and acceptance limits must be agreed. Empty-chamber results should not be represented as loaded performance.

What information is needed for a document review?

Provide the chamber type and model, test standard, working range, specimen information, voltage, selected safety options, destination country, required certificates or records and the review deadline.
