Guangdong Derui Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. has dispatched seven environmental test chambers covering three chamber families from its production base in Dongguan, Guangdong. The order combined thermal shock, constant temperature and humidity, and walk-in chambers in a single production batch, so the units could be released together in one dispatch.

How the Batch Was Produced and Released

Production to loading

All three families were placed on one production plan, which is what made a single dispatch possible instead of three separate deliveries on three different dates. Chamber body and insulation, refrigeration circuit, heating and humidification, wiring and controller were assembled to the configuration confirmed for each unit.

Once assembled, the units were protected for transport and loading was arranged against the delivery date agreed with the customer.

Mixed-type chamber orders

1	Which chamber type fits large or bulky samples? A walk-in chamber. Cabinet chambers are sized in litres — commonly 100 L to 1000 L — and are intended for smaller samples, while a walk-in chamber provides a room-sized working space that a full assembly can be moved into.

Can different chamber types be produced and shipped together?

Yes. This dispatch is an example: three chamber families were scheduled on one plan and released together. The configuration of each unit is confirmed separately against the test standard, sample size and temperature and humidity range required.

3	What information is needed for a chamber quotation? The test standard to be followed, the dimensions and weight of the sample, the temperature and humidity range you need, and the electrical supply available at your site.

4	How is a chamber protected during transport? Units are wrapped and strapped for road transport, as shown in the second photograph above, and loading is arranged against the agreed delivery date.
